Mindfulness
At a recent staff meeting, our staff engaged in Professional Learning about the benefits of Mindfulness for improving our wellbeing and faith.
Led by Hannah Parrett and myself, staff discussed the benefits of mindfulness and how we can introduce and utilise these practises in our classrooms. We particularly looked at the links with Faith and developing dialogue with God.
Mindfulness offers numerous benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving sleep, and enhancing focus. It can also help with improving emotional regulation and even boosting the immune system.
