South Coast District Athletics

On Friday May 7, a group of students went to Wonthaggi Secondary College, Dudley Campus to represent St Joseph’s in District Athletics. Everyone tried their absolute best and represented our school with pride. It was a great day overall with lots of students winning ribbons. Finn won the 1500m championship race medal and Julia won the 100m sprint championship race medal. Congratulations to everyone that participated.

Italian Day

On Tuesday September 10 St. Joseph’s celebrated Italian Day. The whole school dressed in Italian inspired costumes or wore a splash of red white and green on the day. This year, the school was treated to a hilarious performance by the comedy duo, La Comica Productions. Their fun brand of physical comedy served as a dynamic and interactive finale to the Drama in Italian classes the children participated in in Term 2 and Term 3. As a special treat children could order and share a delicious pasta lunch.
